  • Cancellation requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

  • If payment has been made but the service has not yet started, the customer will receive a full refund.

  • Once the service has started (Kundli preparation, astrology report, or consultation), no refund will be provided.

  • In the rare case where we are unable to deliver the service due to technical issues on our end, a full refund will be issued.

4. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • The exact time for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.
